Since our products are digital and instantly accessible after purchase, our refund policy differs from that of physical goods.
You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase only if you have not completed or downloaded a significant portion of the course or practice test. After 30 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your purchase must meet all of the following conditions:
- The course or test has not been fully completed.
- You have not downloaded the materials (if available).
- The refund request is made within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Courses or tests that have been fully accessed or completed.
- Discounted or promotional purchases.
- Purchases made through third-party platforms.
- Situations involving user error, such as purchasing the wrong course.
Refund Process
Once your refund request is received, our team will review it and notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Digital Product Policy
Because all Viravisto products are delivered electronically, there are:
- No returns or exchanges for downloaded or accessed materials.
- No physical shipments or return addresses.
Gifts and Vouchers
If the course or test was purchased as a gift, the recipient may receive a credit on their Viravisto account equal to the purchase amount, if eligible under our refund policy.
